Journaling activity

WEEK 1 JOURNALING TASK:

As you begin this journey, your journal is going to not only be a record of all the good things that you have experienced over this time and beyond, but a reference point to refer back to whenever you want to be reminded of just how in control of yourself and your life that you really are.

  1. Personalise your journal in any way that feels right to you, and to take a look of examples of other peoples journals if you need some inspiration.
  2. What you are noticing that you are anchoring, you may call this things that give you pleasure or my healthy happy moments.
  3. Then focus on where you want to go, state it always in the positive i.e. what you do want not what you don't (use the what I do want what I don't chart below to help) Only put the do want in the journal though!

Write your dreams, aspirations and goals, listen to your heart and your body to be guided by what feels right for you.

Where do you want to go, what will it look like, feel like, what are the benefits etc, the more appealing the more likely you are to get there!

You may add to these over the coming weeks. Feel free to add drawings, photos, cut out pictures etc. You may want to treat this task a little like a mood board, using affirmations and images that support your desires.
